Internal Rules of camping Les Sables de Cordouan :

To ensure that you and the other camping guests have a pleasant stay, we invite you to read attentively the internal and safety rules of the campsite, the swimming pools (outdoor and indoor), the water slides, as well as the following information.

RECEPTION : open from 9am to 12am and from 2pm to 6:30pm, Sundays from 10am to 12am (noon) and from 2:30pm to 4:30pm off-season and from 9am to 12:30am and from 2pm to 7:30pm, Saturday from 8am to 8pm in high season. Upon arrival, you will be asked :
- An identification card, passport or a camping ID card, minors unaccompanied by their parents will only be allowed with a written permission from their parents.
- Payment of the balance of your stay at the reserved pitch.
- The required deposit for rental chalet or mobile home.
- Animals: a photocopy of the up-to-date health record booklet will be required.
- Obliged and inviolable swimming pool bracelets. In case of loss, damaging or loaning to a visitor, or a person outside the camping, you will be charged € 1 each.

For sale at the reception desk:
- Payable at the reception desk, the tennis court, rental safe, mini-golf, table tennis...
- Fax: sending and receiving to be paid for by the paper
- Holiday cheques are accepted .

INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE RECEPTION DESK  :
- Publicity, touristic sites to visit...
- Medical information, worshipping places, security, lost and found property, lending of electricity extension cord (with a deposit).
- Mail received: organized in alphabetical order and available during opening hours.

COMMERCE :
- Opened from mid-April to mid-September
- It is forbidden to bring in your own food and personal beverages into the bar and the restaurants.

TRAFFIC :
- The speed limit is 10km/h
- Traffic is prohibited on the campground from 11:30pm to 7am
- The automatic gates are closed from 11:30pm to 7am in July and August.
- Parking is forbidden on neighboring pitches, even if they are empty. Parking is available for 1 vehicle per pitch or location, because of safety rules and evacuation.
- Visitors vehicles must remain on the parking.

SAFETY : Swimming pools and water slides have their own regulations and schedules posted at each entry (shorts are forbidden). For security reasons, the slides can only accommodate people with all their motoric and mental abilities to control their sliding. Access is not recommended for people with back problems... The access for camping guests to the aquatic area is regulated by wearing a mandatory inviolable bracelet.
- Car washing is forbidden at the water points.
- Do not waste water, do not water the walkways, water games are prohibited.
- Barbecues and grills are forbidden on the site. Please make use of the collective barbecues/grills (bring your own cooking grid). Gas grills are allowed. Electric barbecues or charcoal grills are strictly forbidden.
- Monitor and accompany your children also into the sanitary buildings. The access to the swimming pools, slides and playgrounds is prohibited for children (under 12 years old) who are unaccompanied by an adult.
- Violent, noisy or disturbing games are forbidden.

FIRE FIGHTING : A display at the entrance of the campsite, in the sanitary buildings,... sets out the safety instructions, the maps and positioning of the fire extinguishers, water points and emergency exits. In case of fire, immediately notify the reception desk. Use the water points, the water hoses, fountains and fire extinguishers to fight the flames from below. Consolidation and instructions to evacuate on foot can be given by the manager (prefectural regulations). RED BAG: MARKED "FIRE" USE FORBIDDEN EXCEPT IN CASE OF FIRE.

KEEPING THE PITCHES : Located in nature, Les Sables de Cordouan cares about the environment in which it is installed. That's why we ask you to take care of the vegetation around us. Trees and flowers are to be respected for the quality of the site. Collection and bouquets of flowers are prohibited. It is forbidden to dig holes. Any repair or damage will be charged to you. The drying of clothes will be on individual discrete drying racks. NO WIRES BETWEEN THE TREES, stakes or fences. Household waste and garbage must be bagged and deposited in the garbage containers outside the campground. Glass must be deposited in special containers. It is forbidden to water the stone or asphalt paths and water points are reserved for fire fighting. Do not allow children to dig in the sand or to build sand castles on the pitches. Playgrounds are provided for this purpose.

Please keep your silence from 11:30pm to 7am.

Pitch mobile residence: specific rules. Remember to observe and respect the living world; you will enjoy your stay even more. Respect the silence of nature and the tranquility of your neighbors.

VISITORS : € 3 + € 10 general deposit.

ANIMALS  : Always keep your animao on a leash and the walking of your dog must be done outside the campsite. Do not leave dogs locked up alone in the car, caravan or your rental accommodation. Dogs are allowed in the accommodations, with exception of dogs classified as dangerous (1st and 2nd category and dogs weighing more than 12 kg) which are prohibited in mobile homes or chalets. Pets are not allowed in the swimming pools or the water park. Upon your arrival, a copy of the up-to-date health record booklet must be handed to the camping’s reception desk.

DAMAGES  : camping equipment and facilities must be used for the ordinary purpose as they are intended. Any damages to premises, loss or destruction of movable elements and/or decorations to your rental accommodation or the common access buildings are the responsibility of its inflictor. The customer / tenant is personally responsible for all damages, losses or degradations inflicted to the rental accommodation and / or to all the campsite facilities committed by the people who reside with him/her, or who visit him/her.

RULES / NUISANCE AND ANNOYANCE : Residents of the campsite are required to comply with the camping’s internal rules, especially regarding the tranquility at night.

If a resident disturbs the holiday of other camping guests, or does not comply with the provisions of the camping’s internal rules, the manager or his representative may give notice orally or in writing to the inflictor to stop causing the disorder. In case of serious or repeated breach of the regulations and after having received notice from the Manager to comply to the internal rules, the contract may be terminated. In case of a criminal offense the manager may call law enforcement.

LIABILITY  : Management is responsible for objects left at the office and has a general obligation to monitor the campground. The campsite guests remain responsible for their own property and must report the presence of any suspicious person to the manager. Although guard keeping is assured, users of the campground are invited to take the usual precautions to safeguard their equipment.

The campsite’s responsibility; the camping, within the limit of its legal liability, is not liable for any failure or non-functioning of technical equipment, failure or closure of the campsite’s facilities. These repairs in accordance to the current regulations are the responsibility of approved artisans or specialized firms; the campsite has no control over their schedules and their coming and going.

CLAIMS : All claims relating to the conditions of the stay must be made ​​in writing, clearly formulated and named, at the camping’s premises to the attention of Management in order to allow the camping to find an immediate solution. In any other case, the stay will be considered, as by specific agreement, to have taken place in satisfactory conditions.
